Your booking is confirmed after payment or written approval. Your confirmation email includes tour details, meeting information, and cancellation terms.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page. Payments are collected through a secure payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, taxes and extra fees are included.
4. Cancellation, Refund, and Changes
Cancellation and refund terms vary by product. If a tour is cancelled due to force majeure, weather, or operational reasons, alternative dates or refund options may be offered.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must arrive on time, carry required identification/documents, and follow guide instructions. Service may be terminated in cases of intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wego Türkiye will make reasonable efforts to resolve supplier-related delays or service changes. Liability beyond the applicable legal framework is excluded.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
